Veterans Consulting and Technical Services LLC (VCTS) was established in 2022 by Kris R. Busch, a veteran of the US Navy and recently retired Aerospace & Defense (A&D) executive. VCTS is a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) offering multi-dimensional consulting and professional solutions and services. VCTS delivers strategic and tactical capability, competency and credibility to the U.S. Government and Private Sector. The business leadership team is comprised of highly experienced multi-disciplinary executives with more than 160 years of experience supporting defense, federal and civil agencies. The entire team has a passion for supporting our nation’s warfighters and first responders.

Owner and Veteran with 40 years of experience in Aerospace and Defense (A&D). Kris recently retired from BAE Systems, a global Aerospace and Defense firm where he had a long and successful career with broad based experience in the engineering, business development, operations management, and executive general management disciplines across Land, Air, Sea and Space.
Mark Keeler
Executive Advisor, DoD, Federal, Civil markets
Mark Keeler recently retired from BAE Systems a global Aerospace and Defense company where he was a senior executive with more than 40 years experience, including 26 years of senior and executive leadership. Mark brings with him a wealth of experience in complex program execution, corporate and program finance, business strategy, business winning, and new market penetration across the Defense and FED CIV markets.

Ralph Shealy is a results oriented leader with over 40 years of professional expertise in both the civil service and prime contractor senior management roles. His expertise spans the fields of systems engineering, information systems, automation systems, security systems, integration, testing, project management, program management, and operations management for C4ISR systems.

Pam is a highly motivated, accomplished program manager with 25+ years of professional expertise including 22 years with SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic (now NIWC) managing software development projects. Her experience includes program/project management, automated information systems, requirements development, integration, testing, life cycle management, data research, proposal planning/development.
